It’s a process, not a prescription.

My 3 phase process is consistent throughout each package, but no two experiences are alike.

What to expect in a session

Located in Des Plaines, IL, I am happy to work with you in-person in the Chicagoland area or virtually, if you’re out of area.

We can meet daytime, evening, or on the weekend - whatever works for you. With two little ones, I know it can be hard to schedule yourself into the mix if you have kids, so bring them along! Email me at emma@emholisticwellness.com if you have scheduling concerns.

Initial Consultation

This session includes an assessment of your current experience, your goals for change, and an overview of my 3 phased approach. I’ll prepare you to get started on phase 1: Tuning In!

Options for the initial consultation -

  • via video chat

  • in your home in the Chicagoland area

  • a local public location. I love meeting over a Panera or Starbucks beverage for the initial meetings and a local space-share for sessions.

We’ll be in touch in between sessions - you are never without support on this journey!

Sessions

Sessions that follow will continue to explore the current phase with your specific long and short term goals in mind. We will discuss reflections and revelations that came up in our time apart and assess your progress and next steps. This is also the time for you to bring any and all questions you have that may have come up in our time apart.

At the end of our work together, you will once again be the master of your own wellness!


holistic wellness Packages

6-Week Package $495

You receive

  • 45-minute initial consultation

  • (3) 60-minute in-person sessions over the course of 6 weeks (video sessions are available)

  • a customized Wellness Protocol - a detailed, written plan with nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle modifications (provided as a PDF book)

  • food, mood, energy, and sleep log

  • journal prompts for each phase

  • a recording of my body scan meditation for your personal use

  • mantras and visualizations

  • resources for further exploration into areas of interest to you

  • email check-ins between sessions as described in each phase

If you’re already progressing on your wellness journey and want to move through the 3 phases at an accelerated pace, this package is for you!

12-Week Package $925

You receive

  • 45-minute initial consultation

  • (5) 60-minute in-person sessions over the course of 12 weeks (video sessions are available)

  • a customized Wellness Protocol - a detailed, written plan with nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle modifications (provided as a PDF book)

  • food, mood, energy, and sleep log

  • journal prompts for each phase

  • a recording of my body scan meditation for your personal use

  • mantras and guided visualizations

  • resources for further exploration into areas of interest to you

  • email check-ins between sessions as described in each phase

If you’re new to holistic wellness and are ready to deeply explore the 3 phases with more frequent check-ins, this package is for you!

One-time Plan Preparation $125

You receive

  • an in-depth 45-minute discussion of your current nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle needs

  • a customized Wellness Protocol - a detailed, written plan with nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle modifications (provided as a PDF book)

  • a follow-up call to review the program and answer any questions

  • email access to me for 6 weeks after implementation

If you need an individualized plan for your nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle needs but don’t need ongoing one-on-one support, this is the plan for you! If after 3 months of implementing the plan you require updates, contact me and we can work together to make adjustments for a fee.

Based on your individual needs, your plan can include any combination of the following:

    • shopping list and retail suggestions for those not found in every grocery store

    • substitutions tailored to your tastes

    • tips for meal prepping in advance and making a healthy lifestyle convenient

    • tips for dining out and cooking for others

    • recipes

  • exercise plan that can be tailored to

    • at-home workouts

    • minimal equipment or body weight-only exercises

    • gym style

    • time restricted

    • specific physical need or limitation

  • a food, mood, energy, and sleep log

  • information, trackers, and other resources on your specific lifestyle modifications

  • supplemental education about your specific needs, if applicable (heart disease and diet, prevention of diabetes, etc.)

  • tips and resources for making successful changes and overcoming obstacles
