The idea of feminine and masculine energies is an ancient one, but it’s largely misunderstood as it has nothing to do with sex or gender. 

It’s also been making its way into mainstream consciousness more and more as we’re faced with rising rates of chronic stress and burnout, and a staggering decline in mental health. As we search for solutions and explore a new way of being as we shed the old, the concept of feminine and masculine energy balancing offers us a framework for which to shift away from what isn’t working for us, and into what is. 

Burnout, stress, overwhelm, disconnection, depression, chronic illness are symptoms of an imbalance as we live in a culture that values masculine energy - productivity, linear thinking, progression, consistency. 

These qualities are very useful for society and ourselves as individuals, but when they’re lacking their partner energies of creativity, rest, support, cyclical awareness, connection, and flow, we have a not so delicious recipe for the challenges I just listed and so many more.

And maybe you’re already aware of this in your own life. 

Maybe you’ve identified that you’re tired of the productivity hamster wheel that doesn’t leave space for you to meet your needs. 

Or you’re craving more depth in your human experience - deeper connections and richer experiences. 

Or maybe your old coping mechanisms are wearing thin and you have an awareness that something is off kilter and needs to change.

These containers are sacred and intuitive - I never know exactly what will come up or the places we’ll go but I know it’ll be magic because with a woman like you, how could it not be?

Women were always meant to gather, to share in their experiences, and to sit shoulder to shoulder. We’ve lost this sacred space in modern life, but it’s having a comeback!

For centuries, women gathered and benefitted from the collective community and wisdom around them.

Women’s Circles are how wisdom is transmuted and shared from one woman to another. It’s a sacred space to explore your own relationship to yourself and your Spirit, and feel supported and lifted up by other women.

This is a hugely untapped resource and source of power for us in a modern age that asks us to isolate, grind, and forget all the support that is available to us - in other women and within ourselves.

Our shared support of each other magnifies the energy behind our individual goals and pursuits, enhancing whatever outcomes we would have achieved on our own.

It’s support, it’s sharing, it’s permission, it’s validation, it’s healing, it’s renewing, it’s remembering. 

It’s life saving and life changing. When women gather, nothing is impossible.
