THIS Simple Act Is Enough
When you feel helpless, return to simple. Return to stillness. Return to you.
You are love.
I can hear you now.
But, Emma, how can just sitting together, ceremonies, rituals, and energy really matter? How does one 90 minute experience impact the devastation occurring across the world?

If the 98,400,000 hits on Google* are anything to go by, there is scientific evidence available to partially explain the very real presence and tangible effects of energetics, but as far as what's happening specifically when women gather?
That involves trust.
Belief.
Faith.
Experience.
Because for millennia it hasn't been safe or socially acceptable for women to gather - truly, deeply gather - in sacred, open ceremony for purposes of healing the collective.
The power of women has been shunned, shut down, criminalized, stigmatized, pathologized, and given labels like "witchy", "weird", or "silly".
So it hasn't been "studied". It hasn't been "analyzed" or scrutinized through the view of western reductionist science.
And it doesn't need to be.
Just like prayer, belief is enough.
Belief, and the power of experience.
When you sit in circle, when you allow your walls to be broken down, when you open up to receiving the energy of the women around you and allow it to amplify your own energy - you'll know.
You'll know the power is real.
You'll know it can move mountains.
And make waves.
And have real, lasting, massive impact.
