What to do when the world feels too heavy: a simple start

I had another topic planned for today’s post, but I just couldn't hit publish.

This happens often when the weight of the world is heavy. It doesn't feel right to add my voice to the conversation or contribute to the noise until I sit with and integrate my own feelings.

And I've been doing a lot of sitting lately.
A lot of listening.
A lot of feeling.

And in those spaces, my inner wise woman spoke up as she always does.

And she offered a contribution.

Not a solution. I don't know that anyone has the solution, but I do know that there's one thing we can tap into when it feels like there is no hope.

LOVE.

It's one word that sounds so simple. So short and possibly even trite against all the heaviness we're taking in and moving through.

But in those 4 little letters there is so much power.

Power to elevate the conversation, to change the energetic frequency of the planet to one that supports collaboration, peace, and healing.

And there is great power within you, too.

Power to show up with a strong voice.
Power to hear the wisdom that will lead you to your next right action.

The suffering won't end in a day. I know that.
But with one day, one experience, we can begin to shift the energy.

Shift the focus to one of hope, and power.

If you're ready for hope, I have a space for you.

I has originally planned a November in-person workshop on how to survive the holiday stress, but in stillness I realized that there's a deeper conversation that needs to happen.

A deeper rooting into our power so we can bring a more empowered and emboldened presence to the world.

This space isn't for everyone.
You'll know if it's for you.

Your soul will stir. Your inner wise woman will speak up, and you'll feel the hope brewing.

The Homecoming Mini Retreat is where we’ll sit shoulder to shoulder.

Walking together on a journey of healing, reclamation, and power.

The world needs you.
It needs us.
We can rise stronger and higher together.

The world needs you in your fullest capacity - to heal, to lead, to remember, to bring light and love to the darkness.
